Step 1 – You need a winning team!
First, gather your group and make sure everyone is available to go! Ask your team what kind of weekend they’d enjoy and what mood they’re in: this will make it easier to form a group that’s really on the same page. Take into account everyone’s current life rhythms and needs… Do those young parents who want to escape for a few days need a peaceful, quiet weekend in a place without kids’ screams, or do they prefer a festive bubble to dance until the early hours?
Once the formalities are settled, you can finally create it… yes, you know… the one where you’ll spend all your time instead of working… Yes, I’m talking about that one… The famous WhatsApp or Messenger group « Weekend Ski at Avo in Teeaam 🎿. »

The key is to clearly define your priorities: do you want a cozy place to relax after a day of activities, or would you prefer a spacious, central location to fully enjoy the resort? Also, consider the proximity to the places you want to visit, the size of the accommodation based on the number of people, and your budget. There are plenty of options: chalets, apartments, hotels…
