Montriond Lake
The 3rd largest lake in the department, Montriond Lake is an essential destination in the Geopark Chablais.
This superb body of water, nestled at the foot of immense cliffs, provides a vast playground for both adults and children. Green Lake
Nestled at an altitude of 1980m, near the Franco-Swiss border, Green Lake is one of the most beautiful excursions in the Portes du Soleil area.

Golden Mines Lake
At the heart of the Vallée de la Manche and just 15 minutes from the center of Morzine, you will find Golden Mines Lake. Set in a bucolic setting, it enjoys an extremely pleasant environment, surrounded by majestic mountain passes, lush alpine meadows, and coniferous forests. It exudes a touch of Canada.
During the summer season, Golden Mines Lake is easily accessible by car from the main road, or on foot by taking the Fox Trail. Once there, a multitude of activities await you: you can stroll along the trail that circles the lake, enjoy a fishing session, savor a meal at the Golden Mines restaurant, go on a hike to the Col de Cou on the Swiss border, or join the famous GR5 trail.

The Brochaux Waterfall
