La Ferme des Lindarets
La Ferme des Lindarets, opened in 1986, was created in a former farmhouse dating back to 1860. The rustic setting and the warmth of the old wood have been fully preserved to maintain the atmosphere and sense of well-being that only old mountain chalets can offer.
Cécile and Alessio, a Franco-Italian couple, together with their Tuscan chef, offer Italian cuisine as well as local specialties, and pizzas in winter (real Italian-style pizza). The cuisine is prepared with passion by a 100% Italian kitchen team, using cheeses sourced directly from the Seraussaix Farm and the Hauts-Forts Farm, all served in a beautifully renovated old farmhouse with a magnificent setting.
