Fishermen return to the mountains. In February 2024, fishermen return to the mountains in a new format: during lunchtime and after skiing! Join us on Saturday, February 10th, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Sunday, February 11th, from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM. This year, we bring the spirit of our local heritage to the heart of the resort. On the agenda, the treasures of our catch that you can savor to the sounds of Gypsy guitars from the Camargue.

Côté Fish’s team is back to show delicious seafood products!

The winter season is here, and Côté Fish, based in Grau du Roi on the Mediterranean coast, aims to be present at the ski resort to introduce its products! On February 10th and 11th, 2024, Côté Fish sets up its « Fish Truck »  in front of the tourist office, offering a tasting of freshly caught sea products. Discover the expertise of Côté Fish between ski runs and enjoy an unusual Mediterranean meal in Avoriaz.

Fishermen concerned about the sustainability and quality of products from their catch. Artisanal fishing carried out in the Mediterranean, using small-scale vessels and artisanal trawlers.
A new approach to the fishing system, putting an end to the race for volumes and focusing on quality. « The sea is not a supermarket, » consumers must understand and work with what nature has to offer.
