In order to promote products from sustainable and artisanal fishing in the Mediterranean. Côté Fish will set up a "fish truck" on 19 February, in the centre of the resort. Come and taste fresh seafood caught the day before. The programme includes two tastings, at lunchtime and in the evening. As well as a challenge throughout the day at the highest peak in Avoriaz.

When the sea meets the mountains! Côté Fish, based in Grau du Roi on the Mediterranean coast, wants to introduce the good seafood at Avoriz. A day of tasting and challenges!

The Côté Fish team comes to make us discover good sea products ! 

The winter period is here, Côté Fish, based in Le Grau du Roi on the Mediterranean coast wants to be present in the ski resort to make discover its products! On 19th February, Côté Fish is installing its “Fish Truck” in the centre of the resort, at lunchtime and in the evening, to offer a tasting of products caught the day before at sea. Discover the know-how of Côté-Fish between two runs and enjoy an unusual Mediterranean meal in Avoriaz. 

The event will also be marked by a challenge from Florian On Air at the top of the Avoriaz slopes! 


  • 04:30 : Departure from Grau du Roi
  • 11:00 : Opening of the Fish Truck.
  • 15:15 – 16:00 : Food challenge with Florian On Air.
  • 16:30 : Aperitif with Florian On Air. Closing after stocks run out.

Who are Côté Fish ?

Côté Fish is made up of fishermen who are concerned about the sustainability and quality of the products they catch. Artisanal fishing carried out in the Mediterranean, on small boats and artisanal trawlers.

A new way of thinking about the fishing system, with an end to the race for volumes and a search for quality. « The sea is not a supermarket », consumers must understand this and make do with what nature has to offer.
