Avoriaz 1800 is a car-free resort where the streets become ski slopes in winter, to give you maximum enjoyment.

You have several options for parking your vehicle.

You can now book your covered parking space in Avoriaz for this winter. We strongly recommend booking well in advance of your stay to guarantee a spot. Please note that no reservations are possible for the uncovered parking.

The « Route d’Avoriaz », or road D338, takes you all the way up to 1800 m. where you’ll find a number of parking solutions in the « Resort Reception » area.

INDOOR CAR PARKS

3 supervised indoor car parks open 24/7 with a total of 1730 spaces: Plateau car park, Falaise car park, and Proclou car park.

If your vehicle has a roof box, we recommend you book a space ahead of your holiday, as half the spaces have a 2.3 m. height limit. 

Electric vehicles: 8 charging stations available in the indoor Plateau car park.

Electric vehicle charging

Eight electric charging stations are available in the Plateau parking (without prior reservation). On your arrival day, please go to the covered parking office (near entrance 2) to collect a charging card. If no station is available immediately, we will contact you during your stay as soon as a spot becomes free.

Charging takes approximately 12h, after which the vehicle must be moved to allow rotation. The charging fee is €18 (parking fees not included).

OUTDOOR CAR PARK

Open-air car park with 600 spaces, just 800 metres from the resort entrance. Spaces cannot be booked but the car park is staffed 24/7 and snow shovels can be borrosed if needed.

PRODAINS EXPRESS CABLE CAR PARK AREAS:

The Prodains Express cable car takes you quickly from the Morzine valley to the resort of Avoriaz (4 minutes). An outdoor car park is located right next to the cable-car bottom station.

This outdoor car park of 540 spaces is divided into 2 areas:

• Zone P0: parking for up to 12 hours
• Zone P1: parking for more than 12 hours

Prodains Express car park winter fees:

Thanks to the barrier-free parking system, entering and exiting the car park is smooth and effortless:

your license plate is automatically scanned upon arrival, and you can then pay for your parking at the ticket machine or via the PayByPhone / PrestoPark apps, without needing to return to your vehicle. This technology ensures faster flow, with no waiting time and no ticket to keep.

The short-stay car park (P0) offers 45 minutes of free parking per day and per vehicle—perfect for quick drop-offs or fast access to the cable car. After that, pricing increases progressively in 15-minute intervals, up to a daily maximum rate.

The long-stay car park (P1) also provides 45 minutes free of charge, followed by a pricing structure adapted to extended stays, with multi-day passes particularly advantageous for visitors staying in the resort.
