Avoriaz is in the center of the Portes du Soleil mountain bike area, one of the largest in Europe (650km of marked trails). Join easily the bike parks of Avoriaz, Châtel, Morzine or Champéry-Morgins and to return to the resort even more easily thanks to the ski lifts. Don’t waste any more time in the shuttles!

New Features!
Big new feature for summer 2025, the Pop Corn Park is a fun new area dedicated to introducing mountain biking, located in the Plateau sector of Avoriaz. Designed for children and complete beginners, this space offers a safe first mountain biking experience with an ultra-easy downhill track featuring small banked turns, terrain waves, and a small jump, along with progressive workshops including ramps of increasing difficulty. A dual slalom is also available, and the MTB airbag has been moved to this zone to allow everyone to try freestyle riding in complete safety.
To make access easier, the Écoles ski lift has been adapted to carry bikes using a specific pole system, allowing even the youngest riders to go up effortlessly. This ski lift will operate from July 5 to August 31, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Pop Corn Park complements an area already equipped with a small dirt pumptrack and is part of the resort’s goal to make mountain biking accessible to everyone, from the youngest to the most novice riders. Pricing will be announced soon.

The Bike Park will be open from June 13 to September 14, 2025.
- From June 13 to June 20, 2025 inclusive > partial opening
- From June 21 to August 31, 2025 inclusive > full opening
- From September 1 to September 14, 2025 inclusive > partial opening
Afterwork Sessions
Enjoy extended hours! Every Friday from July 11 to August 22, the Zore chairlift stays open until 7 p.m.

New: Bike Box
Thanks to the new bike lockers, you can store your bike in a secure, practical, and covered space. These lockers are a convenient and safe solution, perfect for cyclists and mountain bikers. Located in the covered parking area of Avoriaz, they allow you to park a single bike — or several for the whole family — protected from bad weather and fully secured. Whether for a few hours or an extended stay, you’ll have access to a dedicated space that is easily accessible and ideal for keeping your bike safe.

How to get to the Avoriaz Bike Park?
From Morzine, you have the following options:

The Prodains cable car (via the Ardoisières road), which takes you directly to the bottom of Avoriaz.

The Super Morzine gondola, which takes you to the Super Morzine area.
At the base of these two ski lifts, you will find free parking and ticket offices to purchase bike passes.
The road from Thonon-les-Bains allows you to reach Avoriaz by passing through Lake Montriond and the village of Les Chèvres (Les Lindarets), heading towards Col de la Joux Verte. In the village of Les Lindarets, you will find chairlifts, a ticket office for bike passes, ski lifts, as well as a take-off and repair station. Free parking

ENDURO / E-BIKE itineraries: looped routes combining downhill and cross-country mountain biking (all-terrain biking with climbs and descents). They are particularly suitable for sports or electric mountain biking.
