From 28 January to 2 February. We will host a stage of the Freeride World Tour Junior and a stage of the Freeride World Tour Qualifier. With two sides of 2* and 3*, we promise you a show full of sensations with tricks more beautiful than the others. The FWQ is the gateway to the Freeride World Tour, where the best freeriders in the world compete.

The Avoriaz ski area is full of freeride spots! So it’s logical that this winter we will be hosting a stage of the Freeride World Tour Qualifier and the Freedride World Tour Junior.
Le Freeride World Tour Qualifier !
The Freeride World Tour Qualifier is the circuit reserved for adult competitors. It allows the best to access the Freeride World Tour. Several dozen events take place throughout the year around the world. The competitions are classified according to their level of difficulty: from 1*, the easiest open to all, to 4****, more technical and reserved for athletes who have already proven themselves on the 1*, 2** and 3***.
The Freeride World Tour Qualifier 2** in Avoriaz will take place from January 30th to 31st !
The Freeride World Tour Qualifier 3*** in Avoriaz will take place from February 1st to 2nd !

Le Freeride World Tour Junior !
The Freeride World Tour Junior is the freeride circuit, reserved for young people from 14 to 18 years old, following the same model as the official competitions for older people: judging, format, safety… Only the difficulty of the routes, the gradients and the access to certain exposed areas change.
The Freeride World Tour Junior in Avoriaz will take place from January 28th to 29th!
