On DEPARTURE

Departure

Procedure

Your exceptional holiday in the vehicle-free resort is coming to an end. Follow our advice for a smooth and stress-free departure.

On Saturdays, the shuttle buses and little train operate as normal. The reception staff are on hand to provide any help you may need, or you can leave by your own means.

For your convenience when leaving with luggage, we recommend you call the resort’s own transport service, on +33 (0)4 50 74 01 55. Fare: 7€ per trip, luggage included.

Saturday morning departures

Between 8 am and 11.30 am our receptionists, wearing yellow vests which make them easy to spot, can be found at strategic points around the resort. When you’re ready to leave, there’s no need to order your transport.

Simply look for a receptionist just outside your apartment building, bearing in mind that some of them move around from one building to another, passing by roughly every 5 minutes.

To avoid the crowd, we recommend you leave before 9 am or after 11 am. Make sure your luggage is compact and properly closed before you travel.

Departures at all other times

Order your transport once outside your apartment building and ready to leave. Make sure your luggage is compact and properly closed before travelling.

To order your transport, this single number is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day: +33(0)4 50 74 01 55
