Qualité Tourisme (High Quality Tourism): Avoriaz is committed

This year, l’Office de Tourisme d’Avoriaz 1800 is on its way to obtaining the Marque Qualité Tourism (the certificate of high-quality tourism).

Our commitment to this is not just restricted to gaining an accreditation. It is also an opportunity to reflect and generally ask questions about our commitment and promise to provide the best resort to our holiday makers.

How do we welcome our visitors? Do we really know who they are? What are their expectations and which questions do we need to ask ourselves in order to improve our services and the way we welcome visitors?

What is our aim for the Qualité Tourisme (High-quality Tourism) process?

We want to offer a quality service that allows you to make the most of your stay in the best conditions possible. This process also involves overhauling our in-house organisation so that we can always do better and be better.

We are doing everything to ensure improvements and to respond to your every need by offering a welcome with flawless services, and investing in building a trusting relationship that connects us with our visitors.

We are working closely with key players in the resort:

The Tourist Office must stay proactive throughout the Qualité Tourisme process and we will try to engage all of the key players in the resort.

With this in mind, destination quality groups have been created to talk about and standardise how we welcome visitors and our services, while respecting our DNA and our distinctiveness.

Our long-term commitments:

Looking both at medium- to long-term effects, our journey towards a better quality experience is an opportunity to ask ourselves important questions about the future.

This effort is an important opportunity to meet the requirements necessary to make a success of our organisation, grow in the face of competition and to respond to the growing demand from our clientèle. In the short term this dynamic approach will allow us to create a collaborative environment in order to improve our services.
