Opening hours
From Sunday to Friday from 2pm to 8.30pm. Open Monday and Wednesday mornings for fitness sessions and spa facilities (planning and reservations at the
Altiform Center).
At your disposal :
- Spa facilities : sauna,hammam, jacuzzi, light therapy (60 min sessions)
- Fitness sessions (30 to 60min) : Body Balance, abdominals, body sculpting, stretching,step, …
- PowerPlate (20min session).The Power Plate produces vibrations through which energy is transferred from the platform to the body.
Access conditions :
- 12 years minimum. Up to 16 years old, children must come with an adult. 15 years old minimum for fitness sessions.- Spa facilities access : swimming trunks compulsory. Sale of towels, drinks, snacks and swimming suits.

A great cross-training workout concentrating on strengthening and toning the muscles of the entire body with sculpting and cardio challenges.

A 15/30 minute class concentrating on body stretching techniques designed to release tension, increase flexibility and stimulate circulation.
Ideal to end any class with a stretching session.
