FITNESS, POWERPLATE, SPA FACILITIES :ALTIFORM CENTER
Open daily : From Sunday to Friday from 2pm to 8.30pm, on Saturday from 5pm to 8pm. Open in the Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning for fitness sessions and spa facilities (planning and reservations at the Altiform center)
At your disposal :
- Spa facilities : sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, light therapy (60mn sessions)
- fitness sessions (30 à 60 mn) : Body Balance, abdominals, body sculpt, stretching, pilate,
- PowerPlate (20mn session) : the Power Plate produces a vibration through which energy is transferred from the platform to the body.
Access conditions :
- 12 years minimum. Up to 16 years old, children must come with an adult.
- Spa facilities access : swimming trunks compulsory
