IVOR MALHERBE / BASSE

After spending his earliest years (since 1962 ...) with Erroll Garner, Fats Waller, Sarah Vaughan and Clara Haskil, he went to the Ribaupierre Institute in Lausanne from 1968 to 1976 to study classical piano. He changed his type of music and he switched his instrument in 1977: double bass and jazz will be needed now.

The main influences, apart from the giants who accompanied the musicians above, will first Niels-Henning Ørsted Pedersen and Eddie Gomez and Marc Johnson for their propulsion force and lyricism uncommon. The discovery of the predecessors (Paul Chambers, Ray Brown, Ron Carter) eventually giving more "wisdom".

ANTOINE BROUZE / BATTERY

Graduated from the CNSMD (National Conservatory of Music and Dance) in Paris in 2006, he teaches and develops an activity of concert, composer and organizer of multi-arts performance with many musicians and artists.
Antoine is a teacher at the pole Brouze Jazz Conservatory of Chambery, the Jazz Department of Thonon-les-Bains, and the Academy of the festival "Jazz à Vienne".

CLAUDE SCHNEIDER /GUITAR

Professor at the Fribourg Conservatoire, Claude is an excellent guitarist who seduce with its beautiful tone, the clarity and  the precision of his game For him no bluff technique, but a clear speech and a stylish game. Claude Schneider distills with great feeling a pleasantly modern jazz.
