For its second year Spring Campus was held in Avoriaz, from 25th to 27th March 2010. Organized by Croissance Plus in partnership with KPMG and BNP Paribas Fortis, the event gathered together 200 entrepreneurs who exchanged and debated for 3 days to find "ideas for more jobs".
4 debate-workshops were the setting to bring about their reactions on the following themes:
• What growing businesses have going for them in 2020,
• An entrepreneurial contract which will generate more jobs,
• The leverage of HR as an asset for growing businesses,
• The social responsibility of growing businesses and its contribution to the creation of employment.
To underpin and stimulate reflection, 26 well-known figures – politicians, economists, trade-unionists, members of civil society – all took part in the debates: Mr. Christian Charpy, Managing Director of Pôle Emploi (the French government body for employment), Ms. Laurence Parisot, President of the Medef (French business leaders organization), Mr. Xavier Bertrand, the UMP political party, Hervé Morin, the Nouveau Centre political party, etc.
March 2011 is awaited to tackle new economic issues. (programme in course of creation)
