Avoriaz has the advantage of being located at a high altitude and has
direct access to many paths. Every day “the Maison de la Montagne”
(mountain side centre) offers new trekking trails for all levels. These
can be done by the half-day (marmot, chamois, ibex watching, plant
exploration, visit to the cheese works, etc.) or by the day (high
altitude lakes, well-know summit, approaching the glaciers, etc.)
1/2 day trail with marmot observation: adult 14 €, children 12 €
1 day trail to the " Lac vert" (Green Lake) in Switzerland using the Multipass for the lifts: Adults: 27€, Children: 21€.
